We think our UWS CERT citizen volunteers are pretty special, but occasionally even we are impressed by the dedication of some. Zack Strauss is a case in point. One of our most active members, Zack also finds time to volunteer for the U.S. Coast Guard. This weekend, NY1 recognized him for his outstanding community spirit by naming him New Yorker of the Week.
